If you have 5 or more employees, you must, by law, produce a written health and safety policy that complies with the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and make it available to your employees.
The policy must include:

RISK ASSESSMENTS
While it is not a legal requirement to document your risk assessments if you have fewer than 5 employees, it is recommended. Having more than 5 employees mandates you to write them down.
These risk assessments involve:

- Recording findings and reviewing them regularly
